Your wish is our command! This is a marriage of the Pet-on-the-Go’s slightly bohemian style with the conservative jet color and muted veneer of the Classic Pak-o-Pet.
What you have is a sharp, tailored carrier that still carries a subtle badge of anarchy. In other words, it says you’re still a nonconformist, but you’ll look a little sleeker as you’re protesting for a cause with your pet.
This new style’s fabric also bears a strong resemblance to the Classic Pak-o-Pet’s fabric because they are both made from microfiber which means you can dash through the rain because the fabric’s strong water resistant quality backed by PVC coating. The Active’s cream color and chocolate brown with reddish tone straps and trim are reminiscent of bags in the 1970s. The “Bionic Woman” could have used it for Max, the Bionic Dog, if he were small enough to fit in it (alas, he was a German Shepard.) It’s evocative of a clambake at sundown in California in the late ’70s.
The straps and trim are made of high-grade quality Italian leather. The carriers feel so buttery soft because the body material is made of linen and cotton. A water proof PVC coating in the back lends strength to the fabric. However, it is not advisable to bring the Active out into a downpour or for any rough and tumble activities. It’s wonderful, though, for bringing your pet to a park, a party, a mall, or for a jaunt to the beach.
